Provide onsite supervision during execution of work over operation. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a minimum of second class Lower Division. Minimum of Ten (10) years relevant post degree work experience (includes National Youth Service) in completion and workover engineering and operations. A good understanding of well problem analysis, experienced completion engineering, problem solving and team work skills. Additional Requirements: Broad knowledge of work over operations Demonstrable capability to analyze and solve complex well drilling and completions problems. Ability to coordinate a multitude of contractors and equipment in a complex drilling environment. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Effective communication skills.
