Chevron is accepting online applications for the position of Drilling Engineer rotating to Escravos, Nigeria through July 23 at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time). The preferred candidate will rotate to Lekki during the planning phase and to Escravos during the execution phase. Position Details:     Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to: Responsible to steward JV drilling programs and procedures through all phases of the project. Responsible for the preparation and execution of well-written, risk-assessed/mitigated detailed procedures. Evaluate complex and critical well problems and makes recommendations/develops procedures for corrective actions. Provide additional DE support as required for JV contracts, service-partner, and materials-management issues. Support other Drilling Operations Engineers and Drilling Superintendent and acts in the capacity of those team members who might be offshore or out of country.
